Mad Dog Breakfasts Come to NFM via Chicago! by Jim Franck |
After several
fits and starts, it looks like our Market will finally be offering
breakfast as a regular item in addition to the wonderful fresh fruit smoothies
and juices from Tui!
Come by the market this Sunday morning and enjoy various styles of
scrambled eggs plus bacon, sausage, and hash browns prepared by Mad
Dog's Chicago Style Eatery.

Juan Hernandez at the Mad Dog Eatery Cart |
And, in keeping with their name, inspired
by a Chicago-style beef stand named "Mad Dog's" that graced
Madison's State Street during the 1940’s, they will also be selling
their signature hotdogs. Try Chicago-style, chili cheese, Italian
sausage, veggie, or Mad Dog versions of America's favorite food!
Since they opened their Eatery at
309 N. Henry last August, the Polish sausage has won quite a
following so they'll be offering that as well.

our market, check out their website. |
