Using Quest Cards at the Northside Farmers Market
You can exchange your Quest funds for Northside Farmers Market tokens (worth $2.00 each) and use them at any of the vendor stands.
Come to the Market Information booth to purchase your tokens. Then use your tokens to purchase any food stamp approved item from our vendors. Food stamp approved items at the Northside Farmers Market are vegetables, fruits, meats, cheeses, eggs, honey, fish, bakery items, and herbs.
If you have tokens left over you may return them the same day you purchased them. Bring your tokens to the Market Information booth to credit your Quest account. Or you may keep your tokens and use them anytime throughout the 2006 season.
This service is provided by the Northside Community Co-op as a pilot program for the USDA to make fresh, local products available to everyone.
What's a QUEST card? More info here.
